After a busy month of fieldwork, I sought solace at Top 10 for some much-needed relaxation. The room was clean, cozy, and warmed up quickly, ideal for chilly winter nights. The staff initially exuded warmth and pride in their roles, making me feel at home instantly. However, their enthusiasm waned as shifts changed, leaving a bit to be desired. The spacious kitchen and laundry facilities were a pleasant surprise, keeping the sleeping area pristine. My mokopuna enjoyed the jumping pillow, adding a touch of joy to our stay. The private deck extended the room, providing a serene spot to unwind. I appreciated the new BBQ facilities, though regular maintenance is crucial. The sign encouraging the use of white towels for benches showed a thoughtful touch. While the bouncing pillow and big field were delightful, they did have some minor drawbacks. Top 10 offered a peaceful retreat, perfect for a rejuvenating break.
